Ruben Ulises Rodriguez Montoya (@que.fresca) Ruben Ulises Rodriguez Montoya’s lil monsters are a fantastic becoming that center around anthologies and social issues concerning border culture, abjection, and mestizaje. Aided by magical realism, nahualismo, Sci-Fi, and the labor of his family, his work hybridizes and creates parallels between land, the human, and the animal as a way to investigate the process in which violence eradicates, erases, and erodes communities of color.

Grace Wardlaw (@grace.a.wardlaw)Sci-fi sexual objects that playfully oscillate between functional and sculptural. Hot, sculpted glass works interpreting the artist’s experiences of faith, bodies, nature, relationships and the forces connecting them. She went on to study ‘Craft and Design Glass’ at Sheridan College (just outside of Toronto), before moving between St. John’s (in Newfoundland & Labrador), Montreal, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City to immerse herself in creative communities. Grace’s art and design skills led her to floristry, where she had the pleasure of working with some of the most unique and well-known floral companies across the USA. Emily Lucid has created the TRANS 101 USB: a thumb drive can contain information but it is also a space for one to transcribe new information into it, an amphora. The video, text and images you will find within this drive are intended to open a door to your own personal exploration of gender. I don't have all the answers and I hope you add new files to the drive and add to your own ideas and discoveries about transgenderism into this vessel.
Edward Cella Art+Architecture proudly debuts a new body of work entitled Protection by photographer Blake Little. Initially started with the Little's visual interest in rubber and latex clothing and, specifically, how it covers and accentuates the body to create sexual desire while paradoxically worn in the pursuit of this human connection. In the midst of making the series during the pandemic, the work took on a new universal layer of meaning: In the artist’s words, "How do we navigate intimacy in this new reality when human contact can threaten your life?" Exploring art created during the first AIDS pandemic, the gallery will also present works on paper by three historic gay artists Patrick Angus (1953–1992), James Huber (1950-1988) and Michael Hossner (1953-1990). Documenting a new burgeoning, gay identity and creating innovative visual representations, each of these artists explore portraiture and the male body as expressions of liberation.

Lethal Amounts began as a clothing line predominantly focussing on graphic t-shirts being hand screen printed. With our first brick and mortar store we launched the gallery that quickly bloomed into a haven for outsiders and confrontationists. We gradually grew into working more with musicians to promote concerts, clubs as well as gallery shows surrounding the music subcultures we love.

We pride ourselves in curating provocative exhibitions and give opportunity to young artists that are creating dialogue challenging traditional views on sexuality.

Lethal Amounts is an extension of owner and curator Danny Fuentes and reflects his personal taste and interests.
