Equality Act

Joe Biden has promised to make passing the LGBTQ rights legislation – the Equality Act – a top priority, hoping to sign this landmark civil rights law in the first 100 days of his presidency.

Kamala Harris is a staunch supporter and ally of the LGBTQI+ struggle and has named a Queer woman as her Chief of Staff.
