Tom of Finland is on Fire (Island)! Join Fire Island Tea and Tom of Finland Foundation for a weekend of art, networking, and entertainment!

The weekend begins with a cocktail reception and networking event at the home of David Aldea & Paddy Pilkington. This is a great opportunity for Island residents and visitors to meet Tom of Finland Foundation and celebrate their 40th Anniversary. Get to know Robert Knox Hayes, Member, ToFF Board of Directors. VIP ticket packages are available. On auction will be a prize package including a private tour of David Kordansky Gallery New York, a copy of Tom of Finland: The Official Life and Work of a Gay Hero biography, a private tour of TOM House led by Durk Dehner, and a Tom of Finland fine art print of the winner’s choice. 

Saturday evening will see Tom let loose with Erotica, a jam-packed house party at the legendary Froot Falls estate. Your $60 cover at the door gives you access to the open bar all night, plenty of dancing to an oh-so-top-secret DJ set, and of course the hottest folks on FI. The evening will also see a performance and installation of Gloryhole by Gio Black Peter.

Sunday afternoon will be a rousing panel at Whyte Hall on the topic of Cruising: Past, Present, and Future featuring the legendary Pines resident Gil Neary and artist Gio Black Peter, followed by a screening of the documentary Daddy and the Muscle Academy featuring the art and life of Tom of Finland. This event is free and open to the public.
