Discussion on the male image, masculinity, diversity of homosexuality, enjoyment and making fetishes visible, and the joy that overcomes shame and norms.

Gradually, the Tom of Finland catalog has become a salon-like symbol of equality. The pictures are printed on sheets and stamps. What is the significance of the artist today, 100 years after his birth? Whose voice is heard when talking about Tom’s production, what belongs to male ideals, stereotypes, assumptions?

Antti is an active member of MSC Finland – TOM’s Club – to which Tom once belonged – as well as the secretary of the European Fetish Clubs’ umbrella organization ECMC, a writer, art historian and cultural expert, and was an artist-in-residence at TOM House.

The guidelines for a safer space will be followed at the event. The event is in Finnish language and open to everyone.
