Meet the erotic artists who’ll be selling their work:

Luke’s work seeks to capture the mood and memory of specific moments in history. He draws from sources in media and in real life, both historic and current, that have been impactful for Gay and Queer culture, examining how each snapshot is just part of a larger story playing out in real time. Many of his portraits feature live models from the San Francisco community. He has participated in the San Francisco Superfine Art Fair and has work on display in Philz Coffee in the Castro.

Chasindoodles is a traditional and digital artist based in San Francisco. His works depict bears and daddies in a whimsical and sexy manner. The look of the work draws inspiration from mid-century stylings and animation and Homoerotic art. He has shown at events in San Francisco such as Castro Art Mart, Artgasm, Bearrison Street Fair, Oakland Pride and is a winner in Tom of Finland’s 2022 Emerging Artist Competition. Gallery showings include Sausalito Center for the Art, City Arts Gallery, and Compound Gallery. He will showing new paintings and prints of his work.

Dot has been telling the stories of Queer men from San Francisco for over ten years with his photos. Ranging from portraits to the erotic, from fashion to nudes, from public events, to private moments, he has created his art. He was a winner of the 2023 Queer Consciousness Photography Award.  Photos from his series Cured were included in the PBS News Hour’s news piece on the “End of AIDS”.  His published books include Escort, Sons of God, Fruits, and Guilty Pleasures. Ask him to schedule a photo shoot, and tell your own story. He will be premiering new work from his series Spit, as well as some of his best work featuring Leather men of San Francisco.  All prints will have special pricing for the evening.

Josh is a tattoo and mural artist based in Oakland. His murals center LGBTQ community icons who inspire him, with recent works including portraits of Heklina at Cafe Flore in The Castro, and Sylveter at Oasis nightclub. His tattoos similarly focus on Queer imagery, but through a playful lens. He loves inking images of daddies, queens, and Gay erotica in an American traditional tattoo style. Showing prints of his murals alongside his newest hand-painted tattoo designs.

Cricket is an Oakland artist exploring the range of Queer imagery in various media. He has two pieces in the collection of the Museu de L’Erotica in Barcelona, Spain. His male figurative work has been published in Mascular Magazine several times. In April, he has paintings in the Erotic Art Show at Exposed Gallery in Phoenix, Arizona. A long time member of Mark I. Chester’s Gay Men’s Sketch group, Hot Draw!, in San Francisco, drawings from which will be shown. His work ranges from tame to explicit.
