Stay together and support this gentle giant

Dear Friends in Our Community,

I want to encourage all who read this that Pete continues to need our financial and emotional assistance. I personally can tell you that I am unsure if I would of had the willpower to go through what he has already. He looks great, feels okay but is now once again having to undertake more hellish treatment in order to survive. Let’s stay together and support this gentle giant.

I had colonoscopy and they found a tumor (about 1.5 centimeters). Two months ago my doctor told me that I was in remission and that it was a great sign. I made a lot of plans for this coming summer, which was going to be the first time in three years. Unfortunately, it looks like I will be spending it doing chemo and radiation treatments, instead.

Leaving my doctors office, where I got news that not only is my cancer back, but that it has spread to my bones. Apparently, there is no cure for it. I will continue to live my life, working and going to the gym.

At first, I wasn’t sure I’d have it in me to fight this again, but I have to do it for Diesel, and being the best daddy he could have. He has only one daddy and I will do my best to keep it that way.
