Tom of Finland clothes from Makia

The clothing brand Makia has released a collection of Tom of Finland clothes. Shirts, hoodies and t-shirts are decorated with the traditional Tom of Finland motif.

In the presentation of the collection, Makia welcomes you to Helsinki Pleasure City. The brand wants to “celebrate Tom’s ever-present message of Gay pride, equality and solidarity”. This feels good in reality, where the country’s (and not many other countries’) LGBTQ+ organizations and the bodies that organize Prides rarely even use the term “Gay pride” anymore.

One of the models is a legend himself, Jorma Uotinen.
