Tom of Finland launches Pride collection in collaboration with Diesel

We talked about it: Diesel partnered with Tom of Finland Foundation . Part of this project is a two-part art exhibition – between Venice, Italy and Paris, France – entitled AllTogether, curated by Tom of Finland Foundation and the multidisciplinary arts institution The Community. “We aim to shed light on a long legacy of queer imagination and persistence around the world. Stories of artists, many of whom have faced discrimination and misrepresentation because of who they are and what they create,” explains Glenn Martens, Creative Director at Diesel. “This is the first exhibition of its kind that Tom of Finland Foundation is showing outside of TOM House in Los Angeles, and it has been fully and proudly sponsored by Diesel.”  The collaboration doesn’t end with the exhibitions: Diesel is christening its Pride Collection 2022 with some artists from the exhibition.

Diesel’s Pride collection features the work of seven different artists: Silvia Prada, Florian Hetz, Palanca, Peter Berlin, Michael Kirwan, Tank (Paul Tankersley) and Heather Benjamin. For example, a dark brown hoodie shows a photo of Florian Hetz with his arms crossed, while another t-shirt shows a photo of Peter Berlin.
