Tom of Finland @ The Knast

Men can look forward to that! The art festival of the Finnish erotic draftsman Tom of Finland will be making a guest appearance in an Imperial prison building on Söhtstraße in May.

Just two days, but two great days in an equally great, and possibly inspiring, setting; the leather macho men of Tom of Finland are on display at The Knast thanks to the non-profit international arts organization Tom of Finland Foundation.

About the exciting exhibition location: The Knast, a former women’s prison at Söhtstraße 7 was built in 1906. George Clooney and Moritz Bleibtreu have already filmed here, and Queer art is also at home here. A wonderful place for Queer creatives to produce and also exhibit their work,  and thus ensure the enjoyment of art and the visibility of the LGBTIQ+ community. Film screenings, regular exhibitions and events like this take place there regularly.
