1427 Laveta Terrace

Tom of Finland Foundation has been located at 1421 Laveta Terrace since its founding in 1984. We love TOM House, this street, and our neighbors.

Recently, the property next door became available for purchase. Built in 1923, this building has six units in total, two of which have 2-bedrooms and the rest of which are singles.

We imagine this as a space for artists. We are putting this out to the universe (and our followers) with the hope that this special place next door finds the right buyer.
